If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of the item. Simply call us within 14 days of receipt of the item to make arrangements for the return. We cannot refund shipping costs; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Personalized prints and custom artwork and rugs are not eligible for return. If you wish to cancel a custom order, you may do so within 2 business days of your original order date.
